Penn State is coming off their second largest victory of the modern era but it wasn’t enough to impress AP Poll voters. The Nittany Lions stayed at No. 15 in the latest AP Poll released on Tuesday afternoon. It is the 42nd week in the row Penn State has been ranked in the AP Poll, dating back to the 2016 season.

The Nittany Lions are one of seven Big Ten teams to make the AP Poll this week with Ohio State and Michigan leading the pack, coming in at No. 5 and No. 7 respectively. In the 11-20 range, four Big Ten teams are featured with the Nittany Lions leading the charge to the top-10, but No. 17 Wisconsin, No. 19 Michigan State, and No. 20 Iowa are also looking to make that rise. Nebraska rounds out the Big Ten’s representation at No. 25, dropping a spot from their preseason ranking of No. 24.

Penn State looks to continue their ascent up the rankings on Saturday night when they take on a 1-0 Buffalo team as “MACtion” comes to Beaver Stadium. The game is set to kickoff at 7:30 p.m. ET.
