Blue White Illustrated, Penn State’s Rivals.com site, is reporting this morning that the Nittany Lions’ season opener against Indiana will kickoff at 3:30 Eastern Time on Oct. 24. The broadcast channel for that game is expected to be announced later today.

In doing so, Penn State avoids the dreaded noon kick time in front of an empty stadium.

Additionally, BWI announced two other marquee kick times for the Nittany Lions. First, they’re reporting that the Nittany Lions’ huge week two clash with Ohio State is expected to kick at 7:30 and be broadcast on ABC Network.

Secondly, Penn State will be a part of FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff on Nov. 28 when it travels to Ann Arbor to take on Michigan.

And finally, BWI is reporting that the Nittany Lions will not take part in any Friday night games in the 2020 season.
