Exactly one week from today, we will be eagerly anticipating that late afternoon kick in Bloomington to open the 2020 football season. In the meantime, we give a shout-out to Will Levis, who now brings some starting experience to the table after playing the entire Rutgers game last season and holding his own.
Given the nature of Kirk Ciarrocca’s offense and how it doesn’t feature as much running of the quarterback, it remains to be seen whether Will’s best trait of bowling over defenders will be as utilized as it was in 2019. Regardless, look for him to be a key part of the offense, one way or another.
