Questionable decisions lowlighted Penn State’s weekend.

As if the week couldn’t get much worse. Now that Noah Cain will be sidelined for the remainder of the season, Penn State will rely on a rather inexperienced running back committee.

Devyn Ford at least made a name for himself against Indiana, though it was not how he would have liked. Ford’s all-gas, no-brakes approach wasn’t the only reason the Hoosiers pulled off the upset, but outside of a frankly abysmal kicking game, it was the most egregious.

Well, maybe the second-most egregious error of the game.

No matter, the Nittany Lions will just have to rebound against... the 3rd-best team in the nation. The Buckeyes are coming off what became a convincing win over Nebraska.

Unsurprisingly, Saturday’s top-20 matchup will receive early morning and prime time hype. A pair of former Penn State linebackers will also be offering a unique viewing experience.
