This is rough, guys. I can’t remember a time where ESPN didn’t predict a bowl game for Penn State. Elsewhere, the other outlets project Penn State to be back in Arizona, but to Phoenix for the Guaranteed Rate Bowl against either TCU or West Virginia.

Maybe next week will bring some improvement?
