It’s an interesting clash of contrasts as one of the nation’s top defenses faces off with a Mike Leach offense. The only problem? Mississippi’s State’s offense has a long ways to go before it strikes fear in opponents. In a four-game losing streak that was recently snapped, the Bulldogs scored 14, 2, 14, and 0 points. They are likely to turn a corner at some point, so maybe they can catch a down Georgia team coming off a loss.

USC has been by far the most entertaining team of the last two weeks, with two dramatic come-from-behind victories in the final seconds. Perhaps the experience will help them reach 3-0 against a talented Utah team that will be finally playing its first game of the season of two straight cancellations.
