Penn State and Rutgers will be kicking off at noon for its “week 7” match-up in Piscataway. The game will be aired on either Big Ten Network or FS1, with an announcement expected soon.
The noon kickoff time comes as no surprise, with Penn State sitting in last place in the East Division at 1-5, and Rutgers among a logjam of four others with two wins. However, both teams are coming off a victory, as Penn State earned its first victory of the season on Saturday against Michigan. Later in the day, Rutgers prevailed for a 37-30 victory on the road against Purdue. It was the second conference win of the season for the Scarlet Knights, after not being able to top a conference foe in all of 2018 or 2019.
Following its game against Rutgers, Penn State will face Michigan State of Dec. 12, followed by a crossover game against a Big Ten West opponent on the day of the conference championship game.
