Only Justin Weller Until Penn State Football

Justin Weller may not get the headline of a Micah Parsons or Sean Clifford, but he’s had an impressive set of accomplishments during his time in State College.

Weller started with the program in 2017, taking a redshirt year while earning Dean’s List honors both semesters. He was named an Academic All-Big Ten honoree the following year, where he was also selected as the Scout Team Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts to prepare for the game against Pitt. Weller also made his playing debut in the regular season finale against Maryland.

As a redshirt sophomore, Weller recorded his first catch during the week one contest against Idaho, and was again selected as the Scout Team Offensive Player of the Week by the coaching staff. The finance major was once again earned Academic All-Big Ten honors for his work in the classroom.
