Only Keyvone Lee and Bryant Johnson Until Penn State Football

We are now 24 days from Penn State football!

Iowa Hawkeyes vs Penn State Nittany Lions

True freshman running back Keyvone Lee currently wears No. 24 for the Nittany Lions. Lee was a consensus four-star recruit and a top-60 recruit in the talent-rich Sunshine State. He chose Penn State in August 2019 over Florida staples Florida, Miami, and FSU, as well as defending national champion LSU. At 220 pounds, Lee is a bigger back than his freshman counterpart Caziah Holmes, but rather than relying on his size and strength, he has a varied skill set that will prove valuable in 2020 and beyond.

The man actually pictured in the story image is former standout wide receiver Bryant Johnson. Johnson played at Penn State from 1999-2002, starting his final two years and catching 110 passes for 2,008 yards and 10 touchdowns. His best year was his senior season in 2001, when he posted 48 catches for 917 yards and four scores.

We’re approaching three weeks until kickoff!
