Despite losing their third-straight game on Saturday night to Ohio State, the Penn State Nittany Lions find themselves still ranked inside the AP Top-25. The Nittany Lions fell from No. 20 in last week’s poll to No. 22 in this week’s poll.

The Nittany Lions are one of five ranked teams in this week’s poll joining Michigan State at No. 5, Ohio State at No. 6, Michigan at No. 9, and Iowa at No. 19. Wisconsin and Minnesota both also received votes in this week’s poll and would be ranked 28th and 31st respectively. Notably, the Nittany Lions also stayed ranked in this week’s coaches poll, coming in at No. 23. They are the only three-loss team in either poll to be ranked.

This upcoming weekend, Penn State will look to finally get back into the win column as they take on the Maryland Terrapins in College Park at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. The Terrapins like the Nittany Lions are 5-3 on the season and are coming off a 38-35 victory over Indiana on Saturday.

The Nittany Lions will also be looking for revenge against Maryland after a 35-19 loss last season in Happy Valley.
