Another day, another watchlist nod for a member of the Penn State Football program.

On Thursday, Penn State senior wide receiver Jahan Dotson was named to the Biletnikoff Award watchlist, the award annually given out to the nation’s top wide receiver.

Doston is coming off a season in which led the Big Ten in receiving yards and tied for the lead in touchdowns. The Nazareth, PA native totaled 52 receptions for 884 yards, and eight touchdowns. He was named to the Maxwell Award watchlist earlier this week.

Dotson will look to build off the breakout 2020 season this upcoming season, one in which he believes he’s the best wide receiver in the nation, entering the season. He’ll have plenty of competition for that title, especially in conference with receivers like Chris Olave (Ohio State) Garret Wilson (Ohio State), and Whop Philyor (Indiana) all returning.

Dotson will have all the eyes on him this season as well, fans, coaching staffs, and opposing corners alike. Will he be able to continue his dominance from last season with all eyes on him? It will be something we surely learn early on with the Nittany Lions set to face both Wisconsin and Auburn within their first three weeks.
