The Penn State Nittany Lions men's basketball team is in Las Vegas this week for the Las Vegas Classic. The two Return to Rec games were technically associated with the tournament, but now it is time for the real deal, and it starts tonight at 10:30 p.m. with a tough opponent: 10-1 Colorado. Chad previewed them earlier today (along with tomorrow's potential opponents SMU and Kent State) and you can catch up on those teams here.
Colorado is a good team (their only loss was on the road to Iowa State) and they shoot the three pointer well, so this is a very tough test for Penn State. The Buffaloes are favored to win in this game, but perhaps Penn State's resilient effort in the second second half against Drexel carries over and the Nittany Lions challenge for their biggest non-conference win of the season.
As always, no porn, no politics, no general misbehavior, and no illegal streams because you have a legal radio one right here to tune in for this one! The game is not on television, so we will all experience the fun together with Steve Jones and Dick Jerardi.
Let's go State.
