The Penn State Nittany Lions continue to build for the 2018 recruiting class by offering Mansfield, Ohio's Jornell Manns.

Though he doesn't have a star ranking yet, according to 247Sports the 5-11, 180-pound Manns holds offers from Kentucky, Bowling Green and Toledo, plus reported interest from a number of Big Ten schools.
Manns was a standout during Penn State's satellite camp at Bowling Green last week, earning a quick reward for his performance. He was also on campus for the PSU-Michigan game last November.
